Policy
Support is provided free for three months after
the original purchase date and is available annually thereafter
as part of a maintenance agreement. Support is limited to
questions or problems regarding the operation of the program.
Assistance beyond the scope of the operation of the program, such
as, cable design advice, modeling approaches or interpretation
of analysis or test results, is not included. These additional
cable design and analysis services can be obtained through separate
consulting agreements with Structural Solutions.
Registration
You must send in your signed registration card
to obtain CableCAD support. This is the only way to become

Security Key Driver
Download, this
security key driver update if you are converting from a parallel port
key to a USB key or are using 64-bit Windows. It is recommended that you uninstall
your existing "Sentinel System Driver" before installing this update.
